Description

This session of the Alberta Farm Animal Care Advisory Council meeting is to discuss the upcoming changes in antimicrobial use in farm animals.

This meeting will cover what the new regulations are, it will cover veterinarian's perspective on the regulations, what a vet/producer relationship means and how to build one, what the practical implications are for producers, and will include a panel on diverse livestock species.

This meeting is FREE for AFAC members (1 registration per organization). Please call the AFAC office OR email a Kristen at either kristen@afac.ab.ca or kristenm@afac.ab.ca to register.

For non-members or additional registrations for members the cost is $40 and includes lunch.

Registration closes on April 20 and space is limited so register early to save your seat!

The meeting will be held in the lecture theater in the James Murray building at Olds College.
