This is a hands-on Self-Hypnosis workshop to benefit all who are looking for a personal breakthrough.

Yes! Self-Hypnosis can be used as an effective tool to cope with stress, insomnia, OR gain new insights. Come, start investing in your personal well being, and join us in that 5-min personal effectiveness daily!

Who should attend: Students, parents, singles, couples, professionals, caregivers, health workers, tired & sleepless individuals. Basically normal everyday people with normal everyday problems!

*You will need to attend both lessons for this learning journey to be complete.

Saturday, 18 Apr 2020, 2pm to 5pm (Part 2)

  • The Secret of Feelings and how do you Neutralize Erroneous Subconscious Programming
  • SMART goal for personal success
  • Exercise 3: Learn about Recognition 3, Q&A, Sharing, Practice
  • Exercise 4: Learn about Recognition 4, Q&A, Sharing, Practice
  • Exercise 5: Learn about Recognition 5, Q&A, Sharing, Practice

*min. of 6 participants required before we confirm the class. If we have less than 6, the class will be rescheduled.
