About this event
Ely is a cosplayer from Taiwan who is currently residing in Japan. She has been active in the cosplay scene for over ten years and has participated as a guest and judge in many events held in Asia, Europe, and North America. She also creates and designs original characters to cosplay -- with many of her costumes based on her own work.
