The Emotional Intelligence and Relationship Enhancement Curriculum is developed by Dr Huang Wei-Jen, a clinical psychologist and a faculty member at the North western University, Feinberg School of Medicine, USA. It is integrated from and supported by 30 years of empirical research and clinical experiences. It is an enrichment programme that helps individuals develop personal growth and strengthen inter-personal relationships.

This is a Facilitator training workshop to equip you for the facilitation of the Emotional Intelligence and Relationship Enhancement Curriculum in group settings for individuals to develop personal growth and strengthen inter-personal relationships. With its focus on emotional intelligence, the Curriculum comprises of 12 topics that seeks to enable individuals to improve in self-awareness and self-discovery, as well as foster workplace, marital, family and parental relationship. The training fees includes 1 copy of the Learner’s workbook and Dr Huang’s teaching videos on all the 12 topics.

Topics covered include:

-Develop your emotional intelligence

-How to regulate your emotions using 5 key steps

-Learn the 10 steps to repairing relationships

-Love in action
