This is a follow-up breakfast session event to continue to empower compassionate leaders to serve in the marketplace as mentors.
For HR & Learning Practitioners
Do you know how you can best help someone climb back up when they are feeling down?
Even if you have great willingness to be someone's mentor, and have deep insights into the values and preferences of your mentee, it is not easy to have that conversation if they are at the lowest points of their lives. This session aims to address that - how do you facilitate a purposeful conversation to help your mentee bounce back up, when they feel that they have fallen? In this workshop EMPOWER - Helping someone bounce back up (Voices Of Asia), our speakers Abe Jacob and Donus Loh will bring you through ways to help others become strong again and how one can build resilience to weather greater storms.
Isn't this exciting? Grab your tickets, make your donations while you can. Tickets will be snapped up soon!

When & Where
Voices Of Asia
Voices Of Asia (VOA) is a community project which started in 2010 by a bunch of passionate speakers who believe in the power of storytelling. Stories are the world’s best kept secrets and we need to find a way to unleash them to touch and build lives. VOA believes that to transform lives, we must 1) INSPIRE people & 2) TEACH people.
Through partnering with industry influencers, we run a series of projects which help and support targeted group of individuals in the marketplace, through story-telling, speaking and mentoring. To help our volunteers become more impactful, training workshops such as these are often scheduled to build capabilities as well as awareness of our cause.
