Tickets will only be released for public booking from 12 pm on Wednesdays.

VACCINATION CHECKS

Please be advised that entry into the services is only for those who are FULLY VACCINATED according to guidelines from the Ministry of Health. This includes those who have completed their vaccination regime or those who have done an official Pre-Event Test (PET) 24 hours prior to the end of the event, i.e. after 1 Jan, 12 am.

Checks on your vaccination status will be done at Level 1 together with your TraceTogether Safe-Entry check-in. Your TraceTogether token or smartphone with TraceTogether app open will be scanned with the SafeEntry (Business) app to verify your status. Photo proof of vaccination will not be accepted.

If you are not fully vaccinated or have a valid negative PET result, you will not be permitted entry into the Sanctuary. We seek your understanding and cooperation.

ENTRANCE TO THE SANCTUARY

Do take note of which zone your ticket indicates.

• Zone A will access the building via Lobby A which is nearest the main entrance.
• Zone B will access the building via Lobby B which is towards the rear of the building.

Entrance into the building is via Level 1 only. Once parked, use your respective Zone staircases or lift lobbies to reach Level 1 for TraceTogether Safe-Entry check-in and validation of your vaccination status.

Once you have conducted your temperature check and check-ins, follow the signages to your designated entrance.

SEATING ZONES

To comply with safe-management guidelines, our Sanctuary will be split into 3 Zones:

• Zone A-L2 - Entrance via Lobby A, Level 2
• Zone B-L2 – Entrance via Lobby B, Level 2.
• Zone L3 - Entrance via Lobby A or B, Level 3.

All children not attending EKids/PG must book a ticket. Parent(s) of children attending EKids or PG may book a seat at any zone.

Zone B-L2 – Suited to those with mobility limitations.

Allocated Restrooms – Each zone will have its own allocated restrooms and you can only use the one in your zone at your respective lobbies and levels.

Please take careful note of the Zone you have selected when registering a seat as you are not allowed to cross zones.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Our EKids and PG programs will NOT be running onsite but will be online over Zoom until further notice.

SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES TO OBSERVE

You should observe the following safe management measures during worship services:

1. Groups of worshippers are to observe 1-metre safe distance from other groups.
2. All persons present must wear a face mask at all times.
3. Singing is not permitted during the worship service.
4. Worshippers will be dismissed in an orderly fashion to prevent overcrowding of common areas.
5. Worshippers should leave immediately upon dismissal. There must be no reception or mingling between worshippers, before, during or after each worship service.

BOOKING OF TICKETS

You may reserve up to 5 seats per registration. The name of each attendee is required.

Do look out for the email confirmation upon successful registration. Once the quota of tickets have been fully taken up, registration will close.

As tickets are limited, please do not book them unless you’re able to attend. If you are subsequently not able to make it for the service, please release your seats up to 24hrs before the service so that others on the waiting list can attend. Absent bookings will be disallowed from future bookings for a predetermined period.

If all seats are taken up, you may want to put your name on the waiting list so that you can be notified if seats become available. Do not worry if you cannot get tickets for the service, you can always try again the following week. In the meantime, do continue tuning in to our online services!
