What is this programme about?
Workplace Learning has become increasingly important for individuals and organizations to enhance work performance. Organizations may provide structured learning like classroom training to improve workers’ competency in doing work tasks. However, informal and non-formal learning avenues such as observing others at work, setting challenges or sharing from experts are authentic learning opportunities that can be leveraged at the workplace.
In recent years, a new term has been circulating in the community – Love Quotient (LQ). It is the ability that we need to have to improve ourselves in this disruptive technology era. In this new age of machines, no matter how smart the machines can become, it is the ability of human to interact with emotions that will outthink the machines and drive progress in ourselves. Embracing Love Quotient will help us improve performance through enhancing Workplace Learning.
With whatever learning opportunities, passion and interaction are necessary. This workshop aims to share how to enhance workplace learning for performance with Love Quotient.

- Understand love quotient as an emerging concept in personal mastery
- With love quotient, apply selected workplace learning methods like Teaching Others, Community of Practice and Teamwork to enhance one’s performance

About the Speaker
Kenny is a Business Performance Consultant and an advocate for workplace learning methods under the mentorship of KH Wong, a Specialist Adult Educator championing workplace learning domain. A major in Human Resources in Business & Management Studies and a bilingual certified trainer by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Kenny believes in continuous self enhancement through lifelong learning.
Combining his strong beliefs and perseverance, Kenny aims to assist more Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in their productivity through workplace learning approach. In personal level, he hopes to inspire more individuals to enhance their knowledge, skills and attitude on love quotient to lead a purposeful life.
