GL Application Criteria
Potential Applicants for Project Group Leaders are expected to meet the following criteria:
1) Leadership Quality:
Applicant should be a person of integrity & humility who will lead by example, excel and always be mindful of Team’s interests above self interest.
2) Proven Sales Competencies:
Applicants should have closed a minimum of 8 direct/ECB/co-broke project closings (tagging cases WILL NOT be recognized)
Or in lieu Min $100k gross commissions from project sales from immediate past 12 months.
3) Continuous Education & Upgrading:
To have attended & be PPPC certified.
(For applicants who have just joined the PN family and have shown equivalent proficiencies...are nevertheless expected to sign up for next available PPPC.)
All GLs are also strongly recommended to attend PropNex’s Salesperson Boot Camp.
4) Current Commitments:
In view of personal commitments & time limitations, the maximum number of GL appointments that a person can hold concurrently shall be capped at a maximum of 3 appointments. Existing GLs holding less than 3 current appointments are free to put up your applications.
Please note that the above stated GL Application Criteria are ONLY applicable to non-luxury residential projects only.
Only shortlisted applicants who have satisfy the said criteria will be invited to attend a selection interview by the appointed project ICs and PropNex International management.
