Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is the programming language of Excel (and other Office programs), which specifically allow you to automate your repetitive tasks in Excel by writing so called macros. 1 -Day VBA Workshop for Excel Users

This beginner level training helps you learn the VBA language, and find practical ways to automate tasks and build a better workflow and automation in your work. It aims to help you automate routine tasks by recording, and writing/editing the Visual Basic For Applications (VBA Code) for Microsoft Excel since code runs much faster and save a huge amount of time for you. In this workshop you will learn the various programming nuances of VBA, work with Macros and how spreadsheets in Excel can be easily automated for various operations.

This workshop will provide you with step-by-step instructions that illustrate each aspect of Visual Basic. You need have no previous knowledge of any programming language so it's ideal if you're a newcomer to Windows programming.

• Overview of VBA Functions / User-defined Functions

• Using Functions in a Worksheet

• Function Procedures

• Executing Functions Procedures

• Working with Ranges

• Selecting a Row or Columns

• Moving a Range

Session 4: Working with Workbooks

• In this section all the VBA knowledge will be applied to automate workbooks

• Conclusion, sharing and reflection of learning.
