About the Programme
Love that sweet pudding or log cake but worried about the spike in your blood sugar levels? Even for those with diabetes, you can still have an enjoyable time with family and friends during the festive season. Join our Diabetes Nurse Educators from Changi General Hospital, Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) Chau Man Kam, SSN Nur Shahdiah Binte Hamid, and Nurse Clinician Authilakshmy N M, as we learn how to manage our blood sugar through lifestyle habits, diet management, and regular monitoring.
About the Series
The Time Of Your Life (TOYL) programme series features informative talks, creative workshops, book clubs, and learning communities for those aged 50 and above. Seniors can expect to stay relevant with these programmes that cover a wide range of topics such as health, personal finance, technology, and the arts.
