A joint collaboration between British florist Kirsty Cornell and cookbook author Ghillie James, this workshop includes wreath/table centre making, and a cookery demonstration on prepare-ahead cheats for Christmas canapés such as mincemeat palmiers, homemade courgette fritters and prawn lemongrass lollipops.
The class also includes mulled wine, and a sparkling festive cocktail.
