About the Programme
As we age, we may find ourselves struggling to get a good night’s sleep. The lack of good rest could in turn impact our daily lives and mental well-being in drastic ways. Could the sleep routines and habits we adopt affect our sleep quality? Join Sengkang General Hospital Clinical Psychologist Ms Jetaime Muk to learn more about healthy sleep habits and the simple steps that can help us achieve a good night’s rest in our golden years.
