About this event

Forest Bathing is about being here, in the present moment, focusing on your senses (turning down the mind chatter), to build a connection with nature, self and others. Enjoying the stillness, taking in what nature has to offer, letting it settle inside you. When the forest is allowed its place within you, it supports your body’s natural healing.

This practice is backed by Science.

A little info about your guide:

Adelynn is a trained Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) guide. Her specialty is in combining Shinrin You & Sound Healing as an alternative therapy for people seeking natural healing.

She is also trained in Arts, Authentic Happiness & NLP. Her goal is to move people from the head-to-heart space, and to empower you to be your own healer.
