50 Gram Molasses Sugar

1/4 Tsp Cream of Tartar

400gm Carrots, Coarsely grated

200gm Walnuts, Toasted and chopped

250gm Raisins

150gm Plain Flour

300gm Ground Almond, Untoasted

1Tsp Baking Powder

1Tsp Cinnamon Powder

60gm Butter, melted

Deep 10 inch or 11 Inch Square Baking Tin with Baking Paper Lined.
