FREE Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions

About this event

Join us in all or any 4 FREE zoom mindfulness & guided meditation sessions

Take your lunch break with us and take care of your well-being and mental health.

It is best to join all 4 sessions but if you can't join in during the days you can.

What you can expect from the session:

-10 minutes of casual talk on one of the pillars of mindfulness.

-20 -25 minutes of guided meditation.

-To gain some knowledge on mindfulness.

After the session you will:

-Experience a sense of calmness.

-Become better at managing your stress.

-Feel more productive.


Stay for 15 mins post the session to connect and chat.


Session 1: 12th Oct, 12pm-12:40pm

Session 2: 19th Oct, 12pm-12:40pm

Session 3: 26th Oct, 12pm-12:40pm

Session 4: 2nd Nov, 12pm-12:40pm

Bhali Gill is a registered Psychologist (organisational) both in Australia and Singapore and the founder of Corporate Wellbeing. She is a coach, trainer, lecturer and writer at Forbes. She is dedicated towards creating productive, healthier and happier organisations through her mental and emotional wellbeing programs. In the corporate world she has worked with numerous organisations such as Unilever, IBM, Standard Chartered, Sibelco, Abott, Douglass Hanley Moir, Staples and many others.

Bhali is also a highly skilled coach and has worked with countless individuals both personally and professionally to discover their full potential. She has helped individuals to overcome the challenges they face at work and life, and get them to where they want to be. She takes her clients through a guided and structured process in her training and coaching often leading to deep insights. Bhali’s sessions enable you to reach a deep level of self-awareness, inner transformation and become more of who you are. 

All her programs are designed in unity with her extensive experience and supported by psychological research.
