Finally! Yoga Seeds continues to bring FREE family yoga to Bishan-AMK Park on 2nd Sunday of every month for 2023!
Kickstart your day with an energising morning outdoor yoga session in the verdant gardens and enjoy the clean air in our lovely Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park at Ficus Green!
8 am to 9 am – Outdoor Family Yoga* (At the lawn directly opposite Yoga Seeds Shala)
Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your family, regardless of age.
Gather your loved ones, and friends to enjoy a fun & energetic yoga session for some great bonding time. Enjoy plenty of yoga fun and laughter while building confidence, self-esteem, as well as strong, healthy bodies and minds through partner poses.
