About the Workshop

Would knowing the organisation’s vision, mission and values statement be good enough for the business? Not really!

The ability to transform knowledge of the company’s vision, mission and values into practical applications daily at work holds the cardinal key to the success of the organisation.

The outcome will be formidable if an organisation is able to develop a workforce that is capable of executing desirable work behaviours aligned with the organisation’s vision, mission and values at the workplace that results in superior performance.

This workshop intends to assist organisations in this transformation through workplace learning methods.


Learning Outcome

Participants will:

  • Learn the purpose of company’s vision, mission and values statements and how these have an impact on the organisation
  • Understand the values of workplace learning methods
  • Learn how to apply appropriate methods to align employees desirable work behaviour with the organisation’s vision, mission and values at the workplace

About the Speaker

Through several years of consulting in the areas of human resources for various organisations, Arthur noted that many of these enterprises formulated their vision, mission and values statements as a key framework on how they would conduct their corporate activities.

Noticeably, these statements were neatly framed and hung up on the walls of offices. There is an apparent disconnect between knowledge and application. This prompted Arthur to research on this dilemma and drew valuable inferences from discussions with business leaders on the importance of transforming this knowledge and applying it daily in the workplace. Arthur consulted with organisations and developed learning interventions on the company’s vision, mission and values that can be effectively implemented at the workplace to achieve enhanced performance
