Overview

A structured talent development programme is a huge investment and it is always limited to a few MNCs in the past for their selected talents. Today with the presence of open content and open source, organisations have option to customise its own talent development programme for business success. This workshop helps SME owners and HR managers to leverage on online contents and to unpack the pedagogy of blended learning environments for talent development. Studies show that up to 70% of employers and managers still distrust the efficacy of self-paced eLearning program.
