About the Programme

This programme is suitable for participants aged 50 and above and caregivers of all ages.

Ageing comes with many unfamiliar experiences that can affect our physical and mental well-being. What should we do to prepare ourselves for this and ensure a smooth journey as we age? In this session, we will share the common experiences faced as we age and methods to cope with them. Additionally, we will also touch on how nutritional requirements change with age, healthy eating, and reading of food labels.

This programme is jointly brought to you by the National Library Board and Bedok Polyclinic.
