Event Details

This is a sport psychology-based workshop geared to help golfers with their mental game.
For the golfer, the key objective is to learn how to think well in order to score well.

 

*The workshop consists of 3 sessions (A,B & C) where the first (A) and third (C) sessions are classroom-based and the second (B) is at the driving range.

*Registration is capped at 5 participants per date offered.

Session A - Education: 
-Find your "FLOW".

-How to think well to score well
-Strategies and techniques to master the mental game of golf

Session B - Application:
-Applications of Session A
-Tune into your inner game
-Hone the mental aspects of your pre-shot routine

Session C - Support:
-Refresh content
-Review golf performance

-Participants are requested to play 1 round of golf between Session B & C

We believe there is a champion in everyone. The intention of our programs is therefore to nurture mindsets of champions as well as cultivate flow experiences in multiple life domains.

The programs we offer include the full Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, abridged versions such as Mindfulness 101 program, corporate in-house workshops, one-to-one or group coaching, and lunch-time talks.
