How has 2022 been? As we're reaching the middle of the year, let's reflect on our journeys and retarget our energies and focus.
About this event
Reflect & Renew Meditation
The session will start with a meditation for us to reflect on our first half of 2022. This will create an opportunity for us to renew and realign our energies and goals. Followed by a gong session, the gong bath will help reset the body & mind system. After this session, we shall walk the rest of 2022 with renewed clarity.
What is the experience
- Light movement and breathwork to prepare ourselves for optimal experience
- Reflection Meditation: in this meditation, we'll see our 2022 journey from different perspectives and let go.
- 60mns sound bath with the Paiste Platonic Year Gong*, The Fullmoon Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Wave Drum & Mantra
*Paiste Platonic Year Gong is designed to bring the whole universe to equilibrium and harmony
** Do note that although many benefit and enjoy the vibration and sound of the gong, some may find it overwhelming.
Who is the facilitator
Haruka Hikita is a certified yoga and meditation teacher (500/ 1700 hrs)/ yoga therapist/ reiki master/ singing bowl sound therapist.
She continued trainings at ashrams and temples in India, France, Thailand and Japan. 7 years of teaching experiences in France and Singapore in both private and group settings.
What to bring
- Something to cover yourself, body temperature drops when the body is relaxed
- Wear something comfortable for lying down and gentle movements
- A bottle of plain water
- Writing materials for simple writing
Please arrive 10 min early to settle in. We will begin on-time and door will be locked 5mins after the official starting time. Latecomers will not be admitted as it would disrupt the experience for all. Do feel free to bring your own cover materials such as a scarf to keep yourself comfortable. Please arrange reschedule and refund at least 24hrs before the event starts.
Our Studio
Our Wellness Studio is a space that is dedicated to hosting and conducting sound healing related sessions and training. We also offer personal Singing Bowl Therapy sessions by various Sound Healing Practitioners. Do contact us for your appointment.
