Emotions affect the way we choose to live our lives, conduct business and interact with others. Our Emotional Intelligence determines how happy, peaceful and successful we are. Drawing on the Buddha's teachings, this workshop would cover how the human mind can be purified, how certain emotions arise from a defiled mind and can be managed, while certain emotions arise from a bright, energetic mind and can be encouraged. Emotional Management is a wholesome skill (Kusala) that requires effort and attention to develop.
