HANDS-ON TEST DRIVE SERIES: YOUR INTRODUCTION TO SOLIDWORKS STATIC STUDY PART AND ASSEMBLY
Are you involve in product design, prototyping, research and development? Does principle of energy conservation interest you? Have you ever wonder how does load and forces exerted affect your design? Attend this session and clear your doubts!
SOLIDWORKS Simulation is a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tool to solve engineering challenges giving you the insight of stress distribution and deformation plots of your model.
We will go through the process of describing the problem, addressing the common engineering challenges and validates our design using Finite Element Approach. Thereafter, we will share the tips and tricks in solving FEA model as well as introducing the great features of SOLIDWORKS Simulation that improve FEA study experience.
HOTD highlights include:
- Part and assembly simulation study
- Static study: Pre-processing, Solver, Post-processing
- 2D simplification vs 3D Model
