About this event
Relax and unwind with the flow of your breath and the movement of your body.
This session is open to all levels of yoga students and will be led by an experienced yoga teacher. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and set up your mat.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
