Terms and Conditions
This event is designed for adults and children aged 3 and above. Please note that children below 3 years old are not allowed to register for safety reasons.

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of tickets and seats. Please note that tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Registration closes on the 28 June 2019 1159hrs or when tickets are sold out.

Registration commences at 1.30pm. Please arrive early as parking spaces and theatre show slots are limited. Visitors are encouraged to arrive by public transport.

Please show the confirmation via email or Eventbrite app at the registration counter.

Goodie bags are valid only for registered ticket holders and must be collected in person on 30 June 2018.

Gleneagles Hospital reserves the right to change items in goodie bag without prior notice.

Gleneagles Hospital will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever suffered arising from or in connection with the registration and participation of the carnival.

Gleneagles Hospital reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

Gleneagles Hospital reserves the right to cancel the event or change the venue, or revise the programmes or fees should circumstances so warrant.

In the event of any dispute, the decision by Gleneagles Hospital shall be final.
