What is the Heart Sutra?

The Heart Sutra is one of the most commonly recited sutras in temples and monasteries worldwide. While being the shortest, at 260 Chinese characters, it expounds deep and profound teachings of Emptiness as taught by the Buddha.

What is Emptiness? How do we recite this Sutra?
How can we apply the teachings in our daily lives to become happier?

Come join our Heart Sutra Workshop and learn more!

2006 to 2016, he trained and served as a resident monk in Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery (KMSPKS) and the Buddhist Library. His focus is on the sharing of love, compassion and joy through the wisdom in Dharma learning, meditation, counselling and spiritual services.
