Description

The Burnt Ends team invite you to join us on Thursday the 26th of July for an intimate 10 seat dinner hosted by Steven and Prue Henschke in the Burnt Ends Private Dining Room (third floor, 20 Teck Lim Road).

Steven and Prue are the currently serving and fifth generation of winemakers/viticulturists to work on the family owned Henschke wine estate, found in the Eden Valley of South Australia.

Chef Dave Pynt and the Burnt Ends team have curated a specific menu to pair with a selected range of Henschke wines, showcasing the depth of style and alternative vineyards that the Henschke family produce from.

The culmination of the evening will be the tasting of 4 vintages of the iconic Hill of Grace Shiraz, well known as an Australian and world standard when discussing single vineyard shiraz. The 1994, 2004, 2005 and 2010 will each be on show.

Tickets are essential and must be purchased upon reservation of your seat. We very much look forward to seeing you around the table.
