It’s no secret that hospitality sales & service have changed in recent years. We are all working harder, with more responsibilities. High pressure selling is no longer effective. Customers want involvement and engagement. They want to be recognized and listened to. And they don’t want you to forget them once the sale is made.

Participants will also discover that emotions drive people and people drive performance. Emotional Intelligence will be central to this transformational learning program. Emotional intelligence leads to more effective relationships and directly influences the performance of the hotel / resort. -Enhance the influential language to effectively position the benefits vs features of your hotel/ resort

-Overcome common types of sales objections faced by sales professional

-Reduce sales objections through practising six-step proven clarification strategies

-Increase sales by adopting proven techniques in professional sales commitments / closing

-Gain new powerful and effective sales tools in the selling process
