Description

How to be Future Ready: At the WORKPLACE and in the COMMUNITY

What if we could work for as long as we want, doing what we are good at and living the life we enjoy? The decisions we make today determines what is installed for us tomorrow.

According to the latest WHO data published in 2015 life expectancy in Singapore is: Male 80.0, female 86.1 and total life expectancy is 83.1.

Due to the increase in life expectancy, our active career years would easily be 50 years or more, and would we realistically expect to have one career throughout? Our experiences have informed us that we need more than one career and we are likely to experience a 3-Stage career.

In this seminar, we will share with decision makers, HR practitioners and mid-life professionals and workers the importance of planning ahead to be future ready. We will explore the changes in the external environment and ways that you can prepare yourself and your workforce to embrace these changes. This journey starts from the inside out, with an awareness of what the individual wants and the trajectory of where one is heading, and start planning for tomorrow.
