Event description

Description

“How do I write a proper will?” is a common question we get from our clients. Most wanted to go straight to writing their will. Instead, we got them started by asking them: “What is your estate plan?”

In this seminar, you will learn to put together a comprehensive Estate Plan. And learn why it is good practice to start with a plan, before penning your will.

After all, the legacy we leave is not just in our possessions, but also in our intention and well-meaning for our beneficiaries.

This seminar will walk you through an Estate Planning framework and address practical considerations such as:

  • How best to distribute? E.g.: what about non-comparable assets such as businesses and properties?
  • How to ensure beneficiaries indeed benefit? E.g.: Would your beneficiaries be in good position to manage the stocks portfolio you have built up?
  • Any opportunity to minimise fees or taxes?
  • What are some strategies to enhance your estate?
  • Who would make a good executor?
