PROGRAMME SYPNOSIS

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, to facilitate is to make easier or to help bring about. In a learning and organizational development context, it is about creating meaningful conversations for a pre-specified outcome.

Visual Facilitation then steps it up a notch by including the purposeful usage of visuals in the process. It supports the human brain in stimulating the creative centres for novelty, engagement, etc. The practice can be found used in meetings, brainstorm sessions, innovation and creativity sprints as well as other thought stimulating activity.

This programme aims to support you with the skills and underpinning principles of facilitation techniques as well as the usage of visuals for the purpose of stimulating dialogue towards a specific outcome.

  • Observe and utilize meaningful actions that moves a dialogue
  • Create visuals for oneself: Icons and Metaphors
  • Visual Process Techniques to use in Facilitation Sessions
  • Conduct their own visual facilitation sessions (Live Practice in Lesson)
