About the Programme
This workshop aims to equip participants with the writing skills to communicate clearly and effectively in the workplace. Participants will learn to organise the different elements of writing, use target grammar accurately and present ideas effectively at work. The workshop focuses on the following elements of business writing:
- Coherence: express ideas clearly at work
- Cohesion: link ideas more effectively in the workplace
- Accuracy: understand the various rules in grammar and usage and common errors
- Mechanics: understand the rules of the written language and common errors
- Self -edit: identify and correct the frequent errors associated with workplace writing.
About the Trainer
Vini is a language educator with more than 10 years of experience in English language teaching. Vini has taught English as a second language at Ascend English Professionals (Singapore) and at ELS language Centres (Malaysia). She holds a Master’s degree in Education Management from the National Institute of Education, Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Mumbai, India.
