About this event

Overview

Workplaces are one of the most common places to spread infectious diseases such as coronavirus, influenza, tuberculosis, and HIV, as well as anti-microbial resistance. These diseases can affect our well-being, our colleagues and our loved ones. It is essential to understand how each of us can prevent the spread of infectious diseases through good hygiene practices, being aware of the different modes of transmission, the benefits of immunisation, and other precautions that each of us can put into practice. The Health Promotion Board and the Singapore National Employers Federation have collaborated to offer this complimentary Talk on Workplace Infectious Diseases.  The talk aims to provide participants with a broad understanding on the prevention of infectious diseases in the workplace, homes, and public spaces.
