In this session suitable for children aged 4-6 years old, participants will learn how to channel the growth mindset to overcome challenges. Story-telling and nature-based activities will be used to encourage concepts like positive self-talk.
This programme is brought to you by backtogroundzero, a local non-profit community group working in the intersection of mental wellbeing and environmental sustainability.
The community group designs and carries out socio-emotional and environmental literacy sessions for underserved children to develop a deeper appreciation for themselves and the environment.

- Registration is required. Each ticket is for one participant. Please register one ticket each for you and your child.
