One of the ways to stay true and authentic in a coaching session is to create a safe space and not to judge the client. While at the same time, having an internal dialogue within the Coach’s mind is something real and can last throughout the coaching session. In this session, the speakers will share their coaching experience and relate to creating a safe space by managing the internal dialogue and focussing on being non-judgmental. Attendees will know how to celebrate the internal dialogue and manage it at the same time. Attendees will learn that being non-judgmental is challenging one’s own values and beliefs.
