Event description

Description

Rise to the challenge with IMPACT, a leadership mentoring programme which enables you to close the gap millennials are concerned about, and more.

IMPACT has consistently received excellent ratings and superb feedback from past participants and host institutions in Singapore. It is brought to you pro bono by Compass@Campus, a group of experienced industry leaders, business executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who will mentor participants throughout the programme.

IMPACT features 5 modules addressing key topics. Each module is conducted in an interactive manner and includes in-depth group discussions with mentors:

Discovering Purpose, Redefining Success
Understanding Personality Differences & EQ: Knowing Self & Relating to Others more effectively
Trust & Integrity: the foundation for relationships
Failing Forward: the importance of passion and resilience
Keys to Leadership Effectiveness

What makes IMPACT different

A key success factor for its effectiveness and popularity is the pool of committed and distinguished mentors who each have decades of working experience in diverse fields across the whole spectrum of business, including banking and finance, healthcare, logistics, property development, consulting, FMCG and the professions. Each is passionate about the next generation, and volunteers their time on a pro bono basis. Please refer to attached PDF file for profiles of mentors.

What past participants say

“This workshop is certainly worth your time. I found that it touched a lot on the skills and mindsets not often emphazised in the classroom, but very useful for living and working in the evolving world we live in today. The speakers and activities were engaging, the mentors rich in wisdom from their illustrious corporate lives, and most of all, the environment conducive for honest and insightful discussion and learning. Whether you are a freshman or recently graduated working adult, give this a go!” - Daniel John Tan (USP)
