IMPACT Wellbeing Programme One Day Course ~ 23 March 2019

The IMPACT Wellbeing Programme uses a range of simple, adaptable and effective relaxation techniques to improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Learn how to recognise stress and how it affects you from a physical, mental and emotional perspective.

Learn how to use various relaxation tools to help yourself and those around you reduce stress levels.


IMPACT Wellbeing Programme Course Core Content

  • Breathing and stretching exercises

  • Relaxation and guided visualisation

  • Self massage for head and hands

  • Peer massage for head and hands

  • A mindfulness-based approach

  • Understanding of the causes and effects of stress

  • Implementing the Impact Wellbeing Programme in different settings


Training fee includes:

  • 1 day instruction and practical training

  • accredited professional one day training by experienced trainer

This course is conducted by IMPACT Wellbeing Programme International Trainer, Ms Shillina Phua.

Ms Shillina Phua is the first IMPACT Trainer in Asia.

Shillina is a former aesthetic trainer with extensive beauty and spa experience. She holds several beauty certifications from UK and Switzerland. Shillina was certified as an Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM) in 2004 and Massage in Schools Programme (MISP) Instructor in 2005.

As an experienced trainer, she has been delivering workshops and trainings in Singapore to families with babies, children and the elderly within the community. Shillina is an IMPACT Workplace Wellbeing instructor and Kind Hands instructor and joins the international team as a Trainer for IMPACT Wellbeing Programme.
