About the Programme
Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders. Often times, sleep problems are maintained by certain unhelpful and unhealthy sleep habits. This talk will cover what factors are needed for good sleep, help you understand why certain behaviours are maintaining your sleep problems, and provide tips on how you can improve your sleep with better sleep hygiene.
About the Speaker
Ms Janet Chang is a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Changi General Hospital. She obtained her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Melbourne. She has worked in both clinical and community settings, providing therapy and assessments for people with a range of mental health issues like depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and insomnia. She also regularly conducts teaching, training, workshops and talks in both professional and public settings on mental health topics.
