Having been in the food industry for over 25 years, Chef Sharma has had experience teaching in private cooking studios, leading catering companies and is now consulting for various central kitchens of restaurants and hotels. Some know him as the holder of the Singapore Book of Records for Largest Plate of Rojak - 2011!

Many of his students are now cooking professionally as executive chefs in restaurants, and some have even opened their own restaurants in places as far as Shanghai.

This event is held at Crane, a members’ social club at Robertson Quay. Crane is at 46 Kim Yam Road, 01-06 Herencia. We’re 10min walk from Fort Canning MRT and the first building on your right as you enter the Herencia carpark. Call our hotline at 98269498.
