We will also touch on how investors can gain broad-based equities exposure to China and Hong Kong by utilising the appropriate equity index futures contracts. Mr Woon Tian Yong, Investment Analyst, Phillip Futures Pte Ltd

Tian Yong is an Investment Analyst with Phillip Futures. His main area of expertise is in financials, with a particular focus on equity indices. He frequently shares his views and opinions through daily investment reports and seminars, through which he outlines his fundamental and technical outlook on various assets. His insights have also been shared on publications like The Straits Times, The Edge, BFM 89.9 and Today.

Having graduated from the University of London, Tian Yong attained a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance with First Class Honours. Tian Yong has also passed Level II of the CFA Program.

Prior to his career with Phillip Futures, Tian Yong has worked in the fields of banking and market research. His experience dealing with the needs of the investor as a consumer, coupled with his knowledge of the markets allows him to translate market developments into understandable and relatable investment opportunities.
