About this Event

Restore the balance within you.

Observing the state of our minds helps maintain an emotional balance amidst the busyness and disconnection of living. We will briefly discuss the science and benefits of cultivating this habit, before experiencing two simple and popular mindfulness techniques: awareness of breath and body scan. As a group, we will then share about our experiences, and discuss insights on how this skill is applicable in our daily lives.

This session is for beginners, adults who are curious about this growing topic. For intermediate, advance or child-friendly sessions, please leave your contact with me at cheen@nowyourmind.com for future plans.
