Description

Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills. This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation. This technique can be learned by attending a 10-Day residential course with a qualified teacher.

内观(Vipassana)是印度最古老的禅修方法之一. 内观的意思是如实观察,也就是观察事物真正的面目. 它是透过观察自身来净化身心的一个过程. 这种净化心灵的方法,使我们能以宁静、平稳的方式去面对生活上的紧张、困难和问题. 此法门不是只专属于特定的某个有组织的宗教或宗派. 每一个人都能以此法门直接对治烦恼习气, 获得实际的效益. 参加十日课程就可学到此技法.
