Is 2017 a good time for REITs Investment?

The Singapore Real Estate Investment Trust (S-REITs) has always attracted investors with its attractive yields. With the ever changing volatile market environment, the search for yield seemed tougher than before despite witnessing attractive yields that does not necessary relate to stable growth.

Hence is REITs still attractive amidst the current market environment? And how do we determine which are the bright spots within the industry?

Join us as Phillip Capital Management shares their views in the search on the valuations in the Singapore REITs Sector.
