Jazz Loft Legacy Series Presents: Jazz Inc 15th Anniversary Celebration

Jazz Inc turns 15 this year, since our first appearance in 2007 at the National Day Parade dancing to and with the Dim Sum Dollies. It has been an eventful journey, having taught thousands of people how to dance here and overseas, and performed at so many events and festivals. We are particularly happy also that our house band The Rhythmakers have been the most active ever, since the lifting of the pandemic restrictions, having played recently at Esplanade’s Jazz in July and the Singapore Night Festival

So swing by and celebrate with us, with classes, socials with The Rhythmakers, featuring Singapore jazz legend Louis Soliano guest singing and playing a few tunes with us. Uncle Louis has performed with the likes of Anita O’Day and Louis Armstrong. He was singing with the Stephen Francis band at The Bellini room some ten years ago, when I sat in weekly and sang my first jazz tunes on stage for our socials then, and it is fitting that he would honour us with his presence in the band that I now lead.
