About this Event
Skipping is one of the most fun ways to get a good dose of cardio in. What's more, it's an extremely efficient workout that will max out your calorie burn in a short space of time. It's also easily adaptable to different fitness levels - you can choose to skip slowly or quickly, make it fancy or keep to a basic bounce. You can even just leave out the jump rope and bounce along at your own pace!
This is a workout club, not a class per se, so you are welcome to follow your host Nate, or do your own thing.
Please note participation is at your own risk - you should be responsible for your own state of health and be sure to get a doctor’s approval if you are starting something new.
This session takes place at Crane’s outdoor deck. Crane will open at 9am. A shower facility is available, and cold drinks and coffee are available for purchase from the Crane team.
