About this event
In VUCA world post COVID-19, expectations on change leaders are unrelentingly high. They are expected to contribute in delivery of results while learning and exploring the increasing complexities. In this session, experienced facilitators will guide participating leaders in addressing a leadership issue, e.g. keeping staff engaged, connected, motivated. Through this experience, participating leaders will have a deeper understanding of solving a leadership issue which may help in their leadership development journeys.

Prerequisites for participants

The facilitators are Craig Hills and Wan. Craig is an experienced cross-cultural project management and leadership trainer based in Japan while Wan is a certified transformation coach and practitioner of Liberating Structures.
