WHAT IS LA PAULEE DE SINGAPOUR ? La Paulee de Singapour is a tribute to La Paulee de Meursault, the traditional postharvest celebration, where guests and winemakers bring wines to share with each other.
HOW IS THE TASTING ? The tasting runs from 6pm to 7.30pm, with almost 40 wines to taste! During the tasting, you navigate from booth to booth to taste several vintages including some "En primeur" 2021 and meet the winemakers.
WHAT TYPE OF WINE SHOULD I BRING FOR THE GALA DINNER ? Burgundy! There are no rules within this category. Some guests may choose to organize a theme with other attendees in order to taste different vintages of the same appellation; different appellations of the same vintage, the variations are endless!
