About this Event

Are you feeling a bit stressed out? In need of a good laugh?

As the saying goes, laughter is the best medicine!

In this fun 30 minute session we’ll guide you through some simple laughter yoga exercises which you can keep doing at home! You don’t need to be able to do yoga. All you need to do is laugh!

Laughter Yoga is a single exercise that deals with physical, mental and emotional stress simultaneously. Laughter reduces stress hormones while stimulating feel good hormones like endorphins.

So laughing can help you recover faster from illness or keep you healthy! And (cue drum roll) you burn up to 50 calories in 10 minutes!

And don’t worry, no jokes or comedy skills are required ;-)
