Success & Meaning by developing your Strengths - Workshop by Gallup

Friday  31 August 2018, 6.30 - 9.00pm at Samsung Asia

The search for both meaning and success starts with  three questions:

  • What am I great at?
  • How do I pinpoint what I do best?
  • How do I use my natural talents to be more successful?

Join this workshop exclusively for L&D Community in Asia, conducted by Gallup - a leading management consulting firm (known best for its public opinion polls!)  and become a happier and more successful person & an effective leader!

Gallup research proves that people succeed when they focus on what they do best. When they identify their talents and develop them into strengths, people are more productive, perform better and are more engaged. The challenge is that people often take their most powerful talents for granted, and many are not fully aware of them.

This is a practical session based on findings from Gallup’s extensive, ongoing research into how people can become highly effective and efficient by intentionally applying their talents and strengths. It will take participants on a journey that begins with an awareness of their own unique blend of talents. Participants will learn how to take ownership of their personal talents and strengths and to appreciate their individuality and the valuable contributions they offer. This knowledge will then help them focus on specific goals to achieve greater personal and professional success. Team leaders will gain the techniques and practical experience they need to manage in ways that are strengths-based and performance-oriented.

To get the most out of the session, participants are highly recommended to complete a personal strengths assessment prior to attending the session via www.gallupstrengthscenter.com/store/en-us/assessments

Either All 34 strengths @US$49.99 or Top 5 strengths @US$19.99
