“For at the center of real transformation is leadership. It is leadership at every level, at every turn—from the wake-up call, to the vision, to the strategy, to the implementation, learning, course-correcting, and sustaining;”

“Transformational leaders understand that the most important tool they have for transformation is their own selves. The effort to grow and develop themselves is therefore the central task of a transformation. This is what we mean by ‘upgrading the leadership operating system’.”

To help participants to have a glimpse of where they are in their leadership development journeys, participants will complete their Leadership Circle Profle (LCP) self-assessment tests (registration required) before the first session. In the first session, participants with assistance from certified consultant, will undertake a LCP report debrief. After debrief, participants will work on their leadership development plans in the second session.

Outcomes of workshop :

(1) Clarity on leadership journey.

(2) Small steps to help participants to shift into the desirable new directions.

• Stable Internet connection.
• Have access to a tablet or desktop. Using other devices are not recommended.
• Your webcam and mic is working with Zoom.
• Able to commit for two sessions.
